This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided through the Truckiyard mobile application (“App”), operated by M Analytics Solutions and supported by MFACTURE ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Services
Truckiyard offers digital software services including:
- Vehicle management
- Warehouse management
- Expense tracking
- Customer and vendor management
- Logistics and transportation tracking
Access to these services may require payment of subscription or service fees.
3. Free Trial (If Applicable)
- Users may evaluate the platform during the trial period at no cost.
- No refund will be issued once a paid subscription begins after the trial ends.
4. Refund Eligibility
Eligible Cases
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges
- Technical issues preventing service access for an extended period caused by our platform
- Incorrect billing amount charged due to system error
- Subscription cancellation within 7 days of first payment may be considered only if the user has not actively used paid operational features or exceeded normal trial/evaluation usage.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial usage periods
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service
- User dissatisfaction unrelated to technical malfunction
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
- Delays caused by internet/network/device-related issues outside our control
- Implementation, onboarding, setup, customization, or training fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access to paid features continues until the current billing cycle ends.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Processing times may vary based on banking or third-party payment gateway procedures.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Repeated refund requests
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of platform policies
