CANCELLATION POLICY

Application: Truckiyard Mobile Application

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through the Truckiyard mobile application (“App”), operated by M Analytics Solutions and supported by MFACTURE ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

By subscribing to Truckiyard services, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the App or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation will stop future renewals of the subscription.
• Users will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No interruption of service occurs immediately upon cancellation.

3. No Partial Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable for the remaining unused period of the billing cycle.
• Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for any partial month or unused time, unless required by applicable law.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Once a subscription is cancelled:

• The account remains active until the end of the paid period.
• After expiry, access to premium features will be removed.
• User data will remain available for a limited period, subject to our Data Retention Policy.
• Users may choose to reactivate their subscription at any time.

5. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• Users may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.
• If not cancelled before trial ends, the subscription will begin automatically based on the selected plan.
• No refunds are provided after conversion to a paid plan.

6. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Non-payment or payment failure
• Misuse of the platform or illegal activity

In such cases, access may be terminated immediately without refund.

7. How to Cancel

Users can cancel their subscription by:

• Using the in-app cancellation option (if available), or
• Contacting support at: sales@truckiyard.com

8. Payment Gateway Subscriptions

If the subscription is purchased via third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, cancellation may also need to be managed through the payment provider or linked mandate settings (if applicable).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
